BRIEF PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
New Pre-Manufactured Pedestrian Bridge with Grade-Level and Bridge-Level Plazas at East and West Side of the Roadway (Peachtree Parkway).

Bids are invited for a General Contract for the Work of the above project.

Sealed Bids for the construction of PTC 18.04 Peachtree Parkway Pedestrian Bridge will be received until:
2:00 p.m. (local EASTERN time), Friday, May 31, 2019

and will be publicly opened and read aloud at that time at:
City of Peachtree Corners (City Hall), 310 Technology Parkway, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092.

All plans, specifications, and complete instructions to bidders may be viewed and/ or purchased through https://mbakerplanroom.com.

Project registration for interested bidders is mandatory at https://mbakerplanroom.com in order to receive updates, notifications and required addenda.

Bidders submitting bids equal to or greater than $2,500 in value are required to be licensed in accordance with state law. A statement of public contract crime status is required in the Bid form. Non-Discrimination policy applies to this project.
The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject bids.
